We are very flexible to prepare other menus, in addition to those printed such as for a Caribbean theme or Indian theme. We do allow guests to bring their own wine and Champagne at an agreed corkage charge. Guests can also bring some of their own finger buffet items, for which a service charge will be agreed. Special accommodation prices are always available for guests attending a hotel function.
