Hotel Policy

A room booking can be guaranteed with either full credit card details or with a deposit (normally 30% or the full cost of the first night, whichever is the greater). The balance of your account can be paid in cash, by cheque (with valid banker's card), by credit card or by banker's draft.

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Sometimes in quieter periods we do accept provisional bookings with a 4pm release, enabling you to cancel upto 4pm on the day of arrival without incurring any cancellation charges. A no-show of a guaranteed booking will incur a 100% no-show charge (for the first night).
